Elected members are authorised to reclaim any expense (that is reasonably allowed by the Finance Procedures) that is incurred as a direct result of the member carrying out duties in their capacity as an elected member of public office.

Expenses can include:
Stationery, ink, stamps as well as fuel, though this is unusual. Other expenses can be approved as & when required and if deemed appropriate.
