The Parish has two Fully Automatic Defibrillators.
One unit is located adjacent to the old Farmer's Arm pub, and the second unit is located at the Seaways Cafe.
Defibrillators are not to be used by untrained personnel.
The Parish Council strongly recommends all residents complete a free training course on how to use these units.
Training will be scheduled in early 2016 to meet demand.
Fully automatic defibrillators are very simple to use and could save a life. Fridaythorpe is a remote location and bad weather could affect medical response times. Be prepared.
